…and you do a pretty good job at holding it all together.

But if you look a little bit closer, it’s like a duck.

On the outside they look like they’re in control…

But beneath the surface, they’re paddling frantically.

Whether it’s because of challenges in your relationship, or you’re struggling with your family.

Or you may have gone through trauma, or having a challenging time at work.

Whether it’s that you’re not living your purpose or that there’s just too much to deal with.
